Dishonest colleagues

My biggest challenge has been working with dishonest people as l am very honest and transparent. I find it difficult working with people who feel the need to be little or discredit others to make themselves look good and get ahead

Excellent learning curve

Working at tfg under total sports has helped me enhance my interpersonal skills and how to handle different customers of different caliber. I got an opportunity to improve my computer and negotiation skills with customers.My duties where stock room controlling,receiving stock merchandising as well as offering customer service to our clients.

Pros: Made me a better employee
Cons: long working hours

Excellence is the key

Working with different people,different attitudes and handling them well makes my job very easy. Now I enjoyed every moment at work. Balancing your work load and manage the time management

Pros: There are many opportunities to achieve your or to get the next level
Cons: I don't work long hours and manageable . It is always nice to guard your mind here so that you can't do errors

Hard worker

willing to learn more and achieve as much as I can..good in problem solving...handing customers with respect and consolidating stock working together with my colleagues.....enjoying doing banking and administration. The hardest thing is missing targets and administration not being done I time

Hard worker

I'm a hard worker with respect and good values. Team player. Time keeper. Good in customer service. Honest in dealing with cash. Eager to learn.i do not get disappointed easly. I am a good manager.i take dissapoitments positive.i do not believe in failer. I make sure that I will my team players positively.

I've learned to pay attention,focused and always deliver on time.

I've been with the company for 6 years now,the job itself is very challenges requires someone who's willing to learn and open to changes/ challenges that comes along daily.

Excellent skill and knowledge impartation.

Working at TFG has been a key to my professional growth. I currently possess knowledge that will propel !e to the next level of !y career. Daily duties entailed performing continuous audit engagements, scheduling meetings with process owners for communicating results of the engagements for immediate response to risk exposure and quarterly report compilation for the board audit committee on the effectiveness of risk management and responses to risk e.g adequacy of internal controls and cost benefit analysis of controls employed.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Could not have request for transfer granted hence my resignation.

Great values

Very good values as an organization. Some individuals might be malicious and not live the values buy, that is not the vision of the company. Very friendly staff, gives a feeling of being a family with a united vision split into small chunks.

Its a great Learning curve for a start

Its a challenging working environment as you have learn to push yourself and set own target and action of plan. The bad thing about it is the fact that growth is not easy within the call center department and there are no promotioms offered for development purposes.

Pros: Opportunity to deal and learn behaviors of different people. Sticking to work ethics and be professional as ever
Cons: Growth or development is limited as you do the same thing everyday.

Excellent learning curve

The company has an excellent learning curve, it promotes its workers before going outside. We work long hours and get paid less but still love what i do. Have great staff, even if custoners cime complaining i know wgen the customer leaves tge store, they leave satisfied and calm.
