It is a good company, many ways in which one can expand and learn new ways.
What I would say is that TFG is a great company to gain experience, to make money as well as learn new things as there are many different departments. I have learned many things, I have learned to work with customers, to speak over a phone, to engage with customers over a phone, I work on various systems, listening to people as well as being able to type much more faster. Management is good, colleagues are good as one meet many different people and cultures and I day at work I would define as unexpected but fun as you learn something new buy yet busy as well as fun . The most challenging part of the job would be when it was busy but as time went on I got use to it and the part where customers wants things done but cannot be done as there is a duration and most people don't understand.

New challenge
I would like to join your company and this will be a new learning curve and a new challenge for me.I'm very prompt , neat and a Keen eye for detail. I'm professional and an extremely hard worker. I go the extra mile at all times. A typical day would be me managing the staff , store and admin. Relationship with Co - workers was strong as they knew where they stood with me. Never get too friendly with Co-workers as there needs to be boundaries I enjoy working with people and getting the job done. What was most challenging about the job was the fact that I only got 3 days off a month so there was no work-life balance.

Excellent learning experience
It was a good job I learn alot of things. I learned how to receive stock and acknowledging the stock, how to do IBT, admin for the shop and to operate POS. It a good environment to be because you are in touch with the customers in my daily life.

Great learning curve
,I started as a 72 work hard to be assistant manager wasn't easy working with different characters but we worked hard to build a good relationship,long working hours to deal with different customers but enjoyed the ride as they were some good customers

Good learning curve
I am very good with my work. I show alot of respect to my superiors and to my fellow team mates. I am able to work under pressure and I easily adapt to a change. I like to take onchallenging tasks and show my best performance.

It's an amazing learning experience
What I like about working there is changing every woman appearance after a facial or a makeup. Productivity at the door and executions of the company expectation. The team work is not that good hence its only woman's in one department and egos so it's not easy to adapt to the team .

The company did have an excellent development for their staff but that has change
The company doesn't value their staff anymore. We use to have one of the best medical aids but that has changes since this year giving us only a month notice. I use to love work here because their was so much growth opportunities but that has changed tremendously. I have an amazing team that I work with but the company isn't offering /looking after their workers. It's sad.

Fast learner
In my current role, my day-to-day tasks consist of greeting and serving customers, assisting customers with queries, replenishing stock and keeping the store tidy and welcoming. I am also confident handling money and working to provide the best possible customer experience.business minded person.alway complite the tasks sent out to do.good in time management.good communication with clients and staff members.working as a team grow a business faster. What i love most is dealing with costumer quieries.and advertisements.
