its a good company to work for, and I have learned a lot from events and its a busy company that hold holistic events. I am working with colleagues that are so helpful and good personality.

Had opportunity to learn within the company as have worked in most departments

busy, disruptive days with lots of different things happening in the days. the team is great with professional staff putting in time to achieve their best.

Pros: Flexibility to work in your own style and to create a stratergy to work towards

Good place to acquire knowledge

Medium company with lots of opportunities in the lower roles but none in the middle management and top management role. Good place to learn as there are a lot of policies and procedures put in place and followed. Strict enviroment.

Excellent learning experience

It really challenging to work for The Forum Company as a waiter you been given multiple job tasks to finish during your shift e.g: (set up for events, during events be a waiter, after events clear up, and set up for another event maybe for following day/s) while it late been working for whole day grained bodies of waiters has keep on moving, and I believe our duty manager/s careless for us (waiters).

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Long working hours
