Problems , just a family company
It's hard working at thrift engineering especially when you are not south African citizen and being black. People are hanging there because there are not good opportunity which are coming on our way.white people are working 8hours and black people which are majority are working mostly 10 ,to 11 hours and getting paid for 8 hours.I am working every day by night and I never got paid my allowance for night, and when you claim, he threatens to fire you..what I enjoy is my personal learning on the machines. I am from college 3 years ago and what I need is just to get experience.
Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long working hours, 11 to 12 hours per day
