Learning organisation

Work days are no longer normal – my current working hours extend long beyond the normal work day and this is due to the types of projects I work on. The company is also very flexible with working hours so I take time off where needed as well. Every organisation teaches you new skills and at Da Vinci I have learnt a lot with regards to managing numerous groups at once sometimes 100 at a time. I enjoy having the flexibility to work from home and managing my time in respect to the project time lines due. The most challenging aspect currently is managing the late changes to projects and effects to the project teams.

Exciting and open working environment

TLG Innova is not your typical corporate company, we do not have set working hours but some of us set our hours to give a mock corporate environment- it helps stay disciplined. Everyone is very easy-going, bickering happens but we do not leave the day without resolving the issue. I’ve been given the opportunity to learn more about e-learning and has even cracked open an even more creative side of me. I enjoy having the freedom to use my creative mindset.
