Learning acquired through SDF Training

Very frustrating as management cannot make up their minds, I am currently reporting to two Directors who sometimes don't agree on things. One is not able to be efficient and effective as one has zero level of authority in decision making. Even the smallest decisions has to be run past management that is never in the office. As much as I love what I do, I am not in the position to execute my duties and go the extra mile because of negativity. My colleagues are fun to be around, we work as a team and give each other chances to shine in what ever project we work on and encourage each other to be better people. Being a team player even to people you are not happy with. Empowering lover level staff to study further and improve their knowledge on general matter and skills. Getting management to see the bigger picture and grant approval for ideas that will help boost staff moral and business as a whole.

Good learning curve

It's a good learning curve but i would prefer something more hands on. There's nothe much opportunity for growth hence the career change. Work can be monotonous at times but again it was a good opportunity to learn a different avenue of work.

Team player, hard worker, innovative and time keeper

My sole responsibilities were,SHE inspections, facility management,(maintaince schedules, equipment services)SHE administration (H&S documentation,H&S training arrangements),and assisting the front desk.(receptionist)

Pros: Great opportunity for me to learn to multitask,work with people facilitate training,make sure all paper work in in place and all quotes and invoices are up to date filled and kept safe.
Cons: Working long hours sometimes weekend s for some of the maintenance schedule s to be carried out while there are no people who, carpet cleaning and repainting of inside walls and painting of parking lines and shade net repairs.
