Moved from debtors supervisor to assistant accountant

Learnt a lot from Debtors to Creditors department. Currently managing cash flow and th is gives me an overall overview of th e company. I interact with all people from different departments and provinces

It was a great opportunity I have ever get

I have learned a lot in the company , dealing with clients, dealing with employees, working with different contractors and more. The company was making more than 2million revenue a month on a site I was managing.

Communication skills Good time management

I am a very dedicated and ambitious person; I work hard towards achieving my goals. I am an eager learner, a go getter and self confident. I am able to work independently with minimum supervision. I am able to communicate at all levels of the organization. I also believe in team work and can perform satisfactorily in a team. I am also capable of working adequately under pressure. I enjoy working with people. I regard the problems I met on the way as challenges because I believe they groom me to be a better and experienced administrator and an individual.

Excellent learning curve

As was working there I learn lot of things,I worked as the checkout assistant,was picking and packing,cleaning,stock taker.i had a very good relationship with other workers.i have learnt how to communicate with other people for the results of successful well done job.i have learn to work under pressure.

A learning curve, against odds

A typical work day here involves too much ad-hoc functions that mean there is no specific work structure. Some of the working tools (systems) are hindrances as their potential is not fully realised or optimised. Co-workers are pleasant enough but there are others that tend to stir relationships. I have learnt a great deal about making things work with little resources and making the surroundings work for you as I am always keen on great outputs. I enjoy some of the clients I interact with. The most challenging aspect apart from the resources would have to be how the corporate culture does not allow for transparency and an open door policy where issues and even suggestions can be discussed openly. There is a sense of needing to toe the line and not question anything.

Cons: Long working hours, not enough job appreciation.

I learned alot in team work bcs u learn how to handle presure.

I work as an operator of reachtruck and forklift so i work in enviroment that is full of presure and working with people so i handle presure very well.

I am good person to work in ti any working environment

I am a person to works hard at all times I have a good relationship with my co_workees as were i am working know i am dealing with 15 cluents Due to work wirh different clients i have learned alot of working with worker's I enjoy to be in a happy environment and clear communication with the senior's I had challenge with the client's which i have resolved it and we started to work together as a family or team Thanks

Pros: I am looking forward with my career when it comes in working environment
Cons: I can work at any time i required to do so as i am the person like to work at all the time

Excellent

The company is working in seasonal so from April to September is working fruit so in that 6 months we oparating the small machine (pcl) after that we working general cargo where we using the big machines 32Ton but the main job is citrus
