It was an excellent curve
The job was fairly tiring because we stood the whole night and packed all the goods and stored them and sometimes sliced some of the products. But it was rewarding because you got to be with different people and made a few friends. It was very cold in the warehouse of the company we were working for which was named Enterprice at times but I got used to it eventually. I've learned a lot about there and this will help me with my own business one day. The most challenging part was the temperature of the place. It was first job and it was a great opportunity to be in a working environment.
Pros: Great learning opportunity to be a working environment.
Cons: We were standby's and always had to come early in order to work for that day.

I can operate 6 machines
I'm working as production operator, I also teaching the students who are doing learnership. Working in any position if needed. I've started working on 08/2014. I've learned to operate 6 machines. I kind and respecting person, I can work as group or as individual, I can work under pressure. I'm willing to work any shift. I'll be very glad to

Excellent platform to gain experience from various fields
I learnt alot in that company as I was trained from scratch about the recruitment industry and I excelled as I became the best recruiter for 2018.A typical day would be when I have a high demand from our clients as I was the only recruiter in the Hammersdale branch so it would really get busy trying to service all our clients efficiently. I enjoyed alot interacting with different kind of people and understanding their cultures as well as getting valuable experience in the recruitment industry.

Learning curve
My topical day at work include but not limited to ensuring that bank statements have been printed and processed daily and any queries arising from unknown deposit are resolved. Monthly all corporate credit cards are resolved. Petty cash analysis and payments. I have learned to have an open heart, humble and dedicated to serve whole heartedly. Numbers has always been my passion. Time management is a skill to master as deadly needs to be met, organized and pay attention to detail.

Excellent learning curve
A bright talented and ambitious it technician with a strong technical background who worked with server 2003-2012r2, strong knowledge of active directory, administration of Microsoft exchange and networking, desktop support hardware and software installation of windows operating systems and other softwares management of centralized anti virus

I learned alot in team work bcs u learn how to handle presure.
I work as an operator of reachtruck and forklift so i work in enviroment that is full of presure and working with people so i handle presure very well.

I am good person to work in ti any working environment
I am a person to works hard at all times I have a good relationship with my co_workees as were i am working know i am dealing with 15 cluents Due to work wirh different clients i have learned alot of working with worker's I enjoy to be in a happy environment and clear communication with the senior's I had challenge with the client's which i have resolved it and we started to work together as a family or team Thanks

Excellent
The company is working in seasonal so from April to September is working fruit so in that 6 months we oparating the small machine (pcl) after that we working general cargo where we using the big machines 32Ton but the main job is citrus

TRANSMAN (PTY) LTD Department: Operations Component: Wages and Salaries Processing Position: WIS Data Capturer and Processing Clerk Year: November 2019 – to date DUTIES PERFORMING: Liaison directly with branches for new staff employed and any other labour related matters. Receive new employee data capture forms from the branches. Capture newly temporary and permanent appointed staff onto Worker Information System (WIS) according to each specified category. Capture promoted staff onto Worker Information System. Update worker’s information captured on the system. Compile reports on daily receipts of job application files from branches. Attend queries from employees on matters related to contracts and temporary employment. Update worker’s banking details should be there a need to do so. Assist in the recruitment of temporary staff required by clients.

Good in learning
good in learning Hard worker good listener computer literate i worked as a general worker at Transman. We are doing different kinds of work sometimes we do picking, loading goods or offloading goods. sometimes we work for 1 day then the next coming day we have to go back to the office and stay there waiting for companies to say they are in short of workers,sometimes companies don't even ask for workers and that there is no work for us.
