I learned a good when it comes to communication to other people at work . I keep in mind that safety is very important for me and to others. Always I must push the product in time .

Excellent learning curve
The work at my old cimpany was up to standard,employees are friendly and management would try to please every employee. Production is up to scratch and the quality is of high value to the company.

Good learning environment
-I have a day-to-day hand full - I have a good relationship with my team and we have made a good understanding of each other to work together toward meeting jobs objectives. - I have learned to deal with people and learned how to deal with young adult to guide them in order to understand organisations polices and procedures. - I enjoy helping keen people. it makes me feel good when i transfer my knowledge to people! - My challenging aspect on my Job are: *Procurement not delivering in-time *Irresponsible young adults

Excellent company
Transnet has given me amazing opportunities to grow in my career. I have become confident personally and professionally by employment through various departments. I communicate well with people on all levels from cleaning staff to the boardroom. I have been in Supply Management for a few years now and enjoy my job tremendously. My relationship with my colleagues is excellent and we get along very well. In Supply Management, each day brings with it new challenges. Changes in legislation take place continually and we need to keep up and comply. Unfortunately, with many changes taking place in the company, my job in Capital Projects has taken a huge knock with all projects being cancelled until further notice . My position might become redundant and I am in search of new opportunities with different challenges.
