I am an Industrial Engineer by profession with a B Tech. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Diploma in Business Analysis and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Training. I have gained work experience from Manufacturing/Production/Rail/ and a Consulting Industry. In my 10 years of experience, I have developed the following expertise, amongst others, Lean Six Sigma deployment, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-Engineering, Business Process Optimization, Business Analysis, Process Modelling, Data Analysis, Project Management, Quality Management, Operations Support and Management Consulting. I am currently looking for an employment opportunity related to process improvements be it: Process Engineer/Analyst, Lean Leader, Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Analyst, Industrial Engineer, etc. with a progressive organisation

Industrial Engineering Technique application

The work environment is welcoming people at the company are cooperative towards work involving them, the relationship with supervisors of stations is outstanding and the recognition by workers is visible. most of the things i learnt are team player, communication with superiors and how to treat the operators with respect. i enjoyed most problem solving and mini projects i conducted t solve money problems. the most challenging aspect is that you work with people and people are always resistance to change and changing things and process is part of the job

Excellent working there

The typical workday varies in terms of the challenges the operators faces day by day , T My relationship with colleagues was professional nothing personal although sometimes they may be heat up arguments all an all it was professionally I have learnt a lot generally relating in my behaviour as an Industrial Engineer and how to analyse the factors contributing in lowering the performance I've learnt ways to minimise wastes as anIE

Fast learner

I'm a qualified artisan welder a hard working person and team worker, fast learner, good in communicate with others as welder I can even do a fabrication and using a cutting touch and I enjoy welding argon, co2 and arc

Hr Great company to work work , how every there’s new leadership, the company strategy changes and production and business imperatives tend to be compromised and priority given to personal vendettas

Hi I am currently working for Transnet Engineering as a Qualified Turner Machinist Artisan with a section 13 Red seal, I am now working for 5years on a cnc machine in Production and manufacturing, I am currently earning 22000.00 before deduction.

I have learn to trust my tools

I enjoy working for my current company because from the first minute to the last minutes in a day, you can measure you productivity close to 95% accurate. You can also see where you need to improve and where you did very well because of the system that is in place. Lean manufacturing and six sigma has also improve my skill because of the project that I have conducted, hence on my Review summary i said "I have learn to trust my tools"

Good learning curve

Transnet engineering is a manufacturing company that has helped me develop in my career with a good exposure of how things are done in a working place. Teamwork and working hard are the important aspects and the core of Transnet engineering and to be part of the business gives one the better opportunity to learn and improve.

Pros: I see a good chance to be part of the permanent employee

I am looking for an internship for 2020.

I am currently doing my last year at Cape Peninsula University. I am looking for an internship for 2020. I am a goal oriented person, a fast learner and I am willing to learn. I don't have much experience but I am looking forward to learn and I know I will fit well in your team and deliver good results

Pros: I want to learn more about marking and management as I am not that expose to that industry I am looking forward to learn
