It was great company to work for
I currently unemployed. I resigned last year in 2017 April 30. Due to personal reason. I been working for Transnet for the past ten years. Started as filing clerk for three month contract and the extended my contract to receptionist and I was employef as a permant employee in 2010 as Human resource time and attendance. I'm 2013 I moved to Operation I worked as operator lifting equipment . In 2013 I got a job at Transnet national port authority as office administrator. It was a nice experience working for a bigger company like Transnet. I had lot of opportunities I had an exposure working at procurement as stock takes and communication department organising event for a company. I was also in a women commitee and wellness champion group. My problem started when I moved to Operation because I worked long hours more than forty hours a week and nineteen days a month. It was hard and dispressing cause hardly see my kids and my family. But beside thati had wonderful time and I enjoyed my job.

I am a hard worker and professional in all my work
I have 27 years experience in Administrative duties and take pride in producing work of high quality. I have good administration skills and experience to be a asset to your company. I enjoy interacting with people at all levels. No job is to hard. I enjoy new challenges and are committed and loyal. I am a very hard worker and a professional loyal person. I am single and can start immediately.

I am currently studyng at varsity college,i am doing Financial Accounting
I view myself as a self-disciplined person, spiritual and having ability to demonstrate a good team and I can perform duties required and exceed my expectation, I am an individual person who is willing to learn. Wish to build on and take on available training studies, would appreciate the opportunity of being party of your company. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I am a people person I get along well with people, I enjoy working with people. I have learn so much working in this organisation, I work with deferent suppliers I also have a good relationship with the suppliers, I have learned to be patient and be good at what I do at all time. Though work it can be stressful sometimes but I have a way of dealing with the busy schedule, I can say I love doing my job, and I excel at what I do all the time.
Pros: i believe i will grow in your company and learn new things within the organisation.
Cons: i dont have a problem working long hours as long as my work is done and finished at the end of the day

Excellent learning curve
Was good back then not any more it only employs the contracts which is not good for most of the people,is hard for employes especially the old you can't be able to take your kids to better schools because you don't know when your contract us gonna be terminated

It was a experience and a learning curve
Working at Transnet has been incredible, the environment is friendly and my co-worker we have a good relationship and we work together even if you do not understand something they help you.what I enjoy is creating a new filling system for my department. Challenge that I met i had to learn and work with people from a different background cultures,I had to learn their culture so that we can work together

Learnt so much in terms of logistics
I start work 15minutes before to analyze the work for the day and plan. I communicate with co-workers about the expectation from senior management and customers. I have a good relationship with co-workers and as well they have good relation with me. I have learnt a lot in terms of communication, leadership, reporting and presentation skills to mention a few. My challenging moments is when we have challenges in reaching the expected target and need to report to customers and senior management. The good moments is when we are ahead of target allocated to us by both management and satisfying the customers.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Excellent practice on meeting jobs requirement.
I'm doing maintenance planned or unplanned,breakdowns,fault finding,I have learn how to work with many people different environment others got lot politics issues but we do manage to work together. We practice everyday to work according to the schedule if you struggle platform are there to assist you to meet the job requirements.

Doing incoming iinline and final inspection for the project went abroad for skill transfer China India Australia for 1064 projects and I can interpret manufacturing drawing ver well1064

Excellent learning curve
My kind of work is a client base kind of work, dealing with service providers and suppliers in relation to projects, my work also gives me a platform to work and learn a lot about about working with people who comes from different backgrounds enabling me to blend in the working environment. Basically i work with security systems (cctv and access control systems) very exciting Job an interception/ combination of Information Technology and Security Industry, doing installations, maintenance,repairs and technical support to security staff. Most prominently to understand the marine security and ISPS Code.
Pros: Great exposure and opportunities to learn
Cons: With the experience I have I'm often seen as lasy to study

Excellent
Hard working good communicator and willing to leard,from experience IV learned that is good to communicate with your co workers especially your supervisor,as you manufacturing your job it's important to double check your job avoiding a mess.
