My work involves a broader perspective into HR which involves change management projects ,engagements,implementing employee value proposition,recognition and rewards systems,creating a conducing culture by means of implementing relevant projects, driving talent managements boards ,drive the incapacity management programmes,wellness and recruitment process. Implementing Employee value projects and worklife projects was very exciting for me. Dealing with variety is what I enjoy most.

Challenging Opportunities
A typical work day for me is to compile engineering documents as part of the project lifecycle process. I lead 3 projects of which 1 is mainly managing resources and contractors, 1 is finalising designs and the third is to complete concept designs together with design reports and criteria. I have to do planning and estimations for all projects that I am involved with. I have a positive relationship with my co-workers and we get the work done. I am quality and time driven. I have learnt how to lead different sized teams that are very diversed. I have improved my communication skills as well as my designing skills. I enjoy the team celebrations when we complete the projects on time and on budget. It gives a sense of appreciation. The most challenging aspects of my job is working with difficult resources that is not always motivated to complete their tasks causing delays in the delivery of finished tasks.

Great opportunity for a person who is interested in the technical field
A normal 9 to 5 working environment Great interaction with fellow artisans and lecturers I have gained more mechanical and technical skills I enjoyed being in the field(workshop)

Excellent learning curve
Was great for me to work for the company itself .And looking back I would do anything to get my job back as I'm struggling to find a job again. With all my changes in my life and all my challenges I feel ready to get my job back if opportunity is at hand.

Experience as an Electrician
My work days ,we worked 5 days a week and a weekend off, we were given a number of days on that particular module each consist of practical which I worked very well with my co-workers as a group nd a test that you attend alone then after some month or two month we were regarded to do own job which you work on the field where i gain experience I have learnt the following how,to wire distribution board,to install electricity,to find faults,to solder,to weld,to do motor test.what i enjoyed the most is team work cause we valued each others opinions and we learnt a lot from each other another thing when we attended activities at work we have to volunteer our selfs to give or to help the homeless people or schools. The most challenging was to weld

Good learning curve
Thrown in a deep in end and have to survive on your own. It is great for learning quickly and applying yourself into various situations early in ones career. I have learned a great deal about project management and integrated all 10 knowledge areas of project management. The co-workers are dependable. I enjoyed working in a diverse environment as it presented an opportunity to learn about different cultures and integrating with different departments which helped me to learn and grow quicker than i expected. Some processes are out of date and can hold the company back with respect to timelines of completing some of the simplest tasks. The most challenging aspect was the approval processes in order to move forward with your work tasks.

Good
Training is good we work with senior artisans and technicians to attand breakdowns,shutdowns,general and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. Do housekeeping and job card.

Excellent experience gain
It grows you, I even acted as an supervisor while my supervisor was on leave. We work 8 hours, unless it's over time. I have learned a lot, concerning fault finding, studying of schematics. What I have enjoyed the most on the field it is to trace faults. The most challenging aspects for the job it is not to make a mistake becouse electricity damages or kill. safety first.
