Excellent learning curve
Was great for me to work for the company itself .And looking back I would do anything to get my job back as I'm struggling to find a job again. With all my changes in my life and all my challenges I feel ready to get my job back if opportunity is at hand.
Pros: Good company to work for in terms of growth and financially
Cons: Not very supportive where it concerns ur personal live whereby it might influence ur work.

I have learn more new things about my job
Working at the company is an opportunity to prove yourself on your work, and I prefer to work as a team because two hands is better than one and we can archive more or bigger things as a team.
Pros: promotion make you to work hard and think for ahead.
Cons: long working hours helps on finishing your work in time and pre per for ahead.

Ten years experience in logistics management ; inventory and production and material planning.
I start my workday 30minutes before shift start. When employees start shift, I allocate the employees work as expected by executive for the day. I will communicate with customers for expectation. The relationship with workers was good. I have learnt communication, leadership, reporting skills. Safety is our priority.
Pros: Oppotunities of promotion are available.
Cons: Longer working hours and working under pressure.

Good Leadership skills
I am a hard worker with good interpersonal and communication skills, I am business, safety and quality oriented. my day to day activities are to ensure that quality procedures and processes are adhered to by the organization. I do the PFMEA, SOP's and checklist. do presentations and use the SAP to ensure that all non-conformances are taken into consideration. I am a team player, I have good problem solving skills. I enjoy working with different people of different characters.

Excellent experience gain
It grows you, I even acted as an supervisor while my supervisor was on leave. We work 8 hours, unless it's over time. I have learned a lot, concerning fault finding, studying of schematics. What I have enjoyed the most on the field it is to trace faults. The most challenging aspects for the job it is not to make a mistake becouse electricity damages or kill. safety first.

From a Junior buyer to a Procument Manager in 10 years.
I'm an Acting Procurement Manager at Transnet Property. On a typical day I start at 06h30 checking on what was left undone the day before. From then I carry on with needs to be done for the day, like checking on the project progress and attending to meetings. I currently have a staff complement of 5 people reporting directly to me. 3 do the Operational works (OPEX) and the 2 are responsible for all the capital projects (CAPEX). The daily challenges of good reporting, meeting timelines and different characters are some of my learning experiences I had. I really enjoy the different dynamics brought by each project I deal with. Also the different individual characters bring out the best in how each day will pen out. Some of the best days are when I have to travel for site visits as well as for project handovers. I get that sense of satisfaction from seeing the projects I started having been completed.
Pros: I'm currently acting and hope to be appointed asap.
Cons: The scrutiny that is put on Procurement can sometimes be overwhelming.

Good work ethic
Deter, goal oriented mind Ani5, my first experience was working in an acc firm for a period of 6 months. The company name is called NNK financial consulting based in nels. My position was bookkeeping, management of accounts, asset verification, data capture of customer invoices and creditors invoices basically using pastel sage. My second experience was at Transnet as a site clerk for a period of period of 4 months
Pros: Enjoying the company of fellow employees
