Excellent learning

I want to work according skills and learning ,communication wth partners and participate during learning and work ,the relationship wth colleges must be in a good way ,i enjoyed mostly whn if the is something new come up , i want to learn each and everything in particular work to gain knowledge

Excellent learning Curve

Working with engineers, in extremely great environment a with a lot of growth and cater for employee. They offer opportunities for studying. Great pay scale. Not stressful environment

Exellent leaning curve

I have a good relationship with all my culeques . I also try to finish my work on it. to be productive as possible as I can. to assist my coluques and to stay positive at all the time. I always try to come with solution rather than creating problems. I ask where I do not understand I always try to be honest with everyone.

I did cranes, welding, machine repaires and instalation and repairs.

I did my apprenticeship at transnet from 2015-2018, as i was the first to trade test in my group i am a very fast learner, energetic, and work very well under pressure with a to do attitude. Given a chance to prove my self i would apply all my skills and knowlege, where by i did maintanace, repairs, basic welding, PLC, fault finding etc. Looking forward from hearing from you. Excellent learning curve

We were doing fault finding and fixing machines. My relationship with my coworkers was perfect and I have learn a lot such as to fix so2 welding machines, trouble shooting the jigs, fixing lights, and many more jobs that hto do with maintenance. As an experiential learner it was so difficult to.work when artisans are not there but at the same time I was getting more confidence and being independent alone.

Pros: I gained more knowledge
Cons: Sometimes we had nothing to do if there are no faults present

The company am currently working for, has allowed me to be equipped with the skills.

My responsibility at my current job are Time studies, Standard work, Work measurement, Kaizen event, Continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, Blank management, Yamazumi,, Process improvement, Capacity calculation, 3P and 7 ways, Reduce waste, Line balancing, Value stream mapping, Takt time, Root cause analysis, 5Why's.

Pros: One of the best companies i know
Cons: Spending the whole day in meetings

Time Management

I have worked as HR Practitioner where I have been a Generalist, which I had to report and submit reports and be able reach due dates. I have learned to prioritize my work to meet deadlines

Pros: Transnet is a very big company which has many opportunities for people who want to grow
Cons: One has to work extra time in order to meet targets
