A waste of my time and experience

I was persuaded by this company to leave a stable job and work for a person called Ben Bester(Owner). He expected me to grow the business but with no vehicle,no way of getting on the road and marketing the business as i was new in town. To top it all off he would verbally abuse me which resulted in my unemployment. Ben Bester has no clue how to run a tyre company and hence it has subsequently been old. I recommend that no human being never accept any employment from Ben Bester as he is a liar and does not know how to treat employees with the respect and dignity they deserve. I am not alone in this commentary. I do not recommend anybody ever work for Ben Bester again and i wish him the absolute worst in business and life after what he has done to me.

Cons: No overtime,no lunch and work every Saturday without relief.

Get back into purchasing and inventory control.

I have always been a loyal worker to the concern that employees me. I am a loyal,honest and hard working employee that is always reliable. My people skills are more than on par and i can work individually or as a team. I do not believe in leaving stuff for later as i have learnt that it still needs to be done.

Pros: Love to learn new things
Cons: Working ever weekend.
