Excellent working experience
My role as Internal Communications Manager has allowed me to engage and vacillate across the band levels. I've worked and engaged with lower level staff right through to executive level. I've interviewed the CEO, Exco members, former public protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela and general staff. These interviews have been for various objectives, whether they are for event purposes or simple communication on any company/product related messaging. I've also had the opportunity to create a monthly column for staff that forms part of our internal communication deliverables. Events are another communication and engagement tool which has allowed me to not only fulfil our primary objectives but have used my creativity to execute memorable and note worthy events. My relationship with co-workers is evident in feedback they provide to me. The stakeholder feedback is available upon request.

Fast learner and team player
I would be ideal in a position as a Stock Controller / Purchaser or Accounts Manager to contribute to the company’s growth with the skills and knowledge that I have. I am highly adaptable individual who can deliver high quality of work in a fast paced and challenging environment. I work well independently or as part of a team with the ability to motivate colleagues with excellent izational and time management. I always ensure a positive, proactive and professional business approach Is achieved with employees, management, suppliers and customers. I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure optimal results are achieved and the business unit show positive results. I have excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people. I have sound problem solving skills and is motivated and always strives to motivate other employees to achieve the expected company goals.

Great working experience i gained in the mobile industry
I learned a lot about how to set up new devices and transfering of data from one phone to the other. Our team worked well together and we all were always willing to help one another. Even though it was my first time working in a Mobile Cell shop i adapted very quick with the work,staff and my targets was always reached.

the company is great , had a lot to learn but they don't want to hire permanently . 85% of the employees are contractor at Vodacom. and with the salaries been paid . allows you to serve your family and be able to pay for your car and rent but its way too difficult for an individual who's has a family and wants to buy a house or anything with instalments … the thing is if you are a contractor you can easily get fired at Vodacom and you are always stressed that your contract might not be renewed , and the sad part is , you can work for more than 6years as a contractor at Vodacom.

I have learnt that if you go alone you wont go far but if you work together as a team it helps.
The challeges i had was working hours ( shifts) because i used to knockoff at 23:00 at night. I enjoyed working there because i have learned to socialize with others, because i love people. I am self driven person i respect work and i am very punctual.

Excellent work experience
