NGUBANE The first thing to ensure in a day is to diaries your day, this will ensure proper time management. Once time mangement has been played out that means I can now proritiese my day and be able to prepare for my meetings. Problem-solving skills
I always exceed expectations in the role of a sales associate. I easily adapt to change; works well under pressure with a positive attitude and I am detail-oriented. I go beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities, and contributes frequently to department meetings. But challenges I always encounter are numerous reports online from customers who have complained about difficulties in cancelling accounts and continuing to be billed after cancellation as that one is beyond my control but IT department after escalating payment.

Lack of support, no growth
The Lack of support, no growth. The most challenging part is customers keeping calling in for the same issue that has not been resolved and once it's reported there is no change of improvement. Working with the colleagues is most enjoyable and also solving customers issues at 1st contact of call. I've learnt that even if there is lack of support, use your own initiative to assist customers to the best of your ability to solve their issues with the knowledge that you have been trained on.

Excellent learning curve
ItIt is a graet company to work for ,with its values a great perks. you can even work from home.my relationship with workers was very close ,I have learnt that great responsibility comes with great opportunities.i enjoyed knocking off early on Fridays and the shutdown during December holidays.the most challenging aspect of the job was to get the job done before the the financial yearends and to reach all the work with in the Sla time required.

Computer skilled
company culture was great and the colleagues were amazing...it was commission based so difficult to make ends meet. The were hassles in terms of getting paid but the work was good that we did, we enjoyed every moment of it.

Im the best at what i do since j worked for vodacom i became a strong person which i had wonderful relationship with my client as they knew i would deliver the best in time so many would recommend me due to my works
