Goog Communication skills(customers service)

I sibusiso currently not working but previously i was working at Vodacom as consultant from 2015 to 2018 and admin.i have learned more under the retail company .i experience how to treat customers and how to deal with there problems if is necessary.my level service its up to standard and I like to share with staff,I like to improve the skills I have and I still want to learn more from them.currently doing public management at Oxbridge academy but is a distance learning.thank you

Lack of support, no growth

The Lack of support, no growth. The most challenging part is customers keeping calling in for the same issue that has not been resolved and once it's reported there is no change of improvement. Working with the colleagues is most enjoyable and also solving customers issues at 1st contact of call. I've learnt that even if there is lack of support, use your own initiative to assist customers to the best of your ability to solve their issues with the knowledge that you have been trained on.

Excellent

I was a sales consultant for Vodacom, consulting potential customers on what contract or package would be best suited for them. I would fix and resolve problems on the customers profile and assist the customer with all aspects regarding the product. At times you would get the arduous customer in my experience its best to stay calm and listen to the needs of the customer. I enjoy the challenge aspect of sales and that each sale is different , that you have to adapt to the changes it makes you grow. I would be perfect candidate for the position because I’m a well-rounded individual that has the needed skill set to complete the objective.

Vodacom internship Program

The commercial management team at Vodacom handle the internal reporting for the region. In order to produce these reports, we perform data analysis and use advanced Microsoft excel analytics tools.  I myself have been reporting on a monthly basis on (since starting work here) the Market share of vodacom for kzn, the segment analysis which reports on multiple Key Performance Indicators for each of Vodacom marketing Segments. Further to this, I also produce a KPI report that tracks performance across each site (1232 sites} in KZN. Vodacom has recently adopted the use of QLIKSENSE online reporting tools which has greatly added to my data analytics acumen.  I also work on a vast array of adhoc tasks which include working directly with KZN regional Executive on a daily basis

Nice place to work

Nice company to work for and the environment is conducive for one to be very productive. The The culture is is very bribery and people are easy to interact and learn from each other. There are a lot of departments that one can move around in depending on one’s interests With technology taking over our daily lives there’s opportunities to grow and learn more

Excellent communication opportunities

NGUBANE The first thing to ensure in a day is to diaries your day, this will ensure proper time management. Once time mangement has been played out that means I can now proritiese my day and be able to prepare for my meetings. I believe in a team we are able to help each other and give could give each other constructive criticism before we met the customer. I enjoy my job so much. Chasing after numbers and results. Being overlwyambirious and working to ensure performance ce.aime times the stress can turn a perfectionist person like me feel a little unenthusiastic if my goals dont ho a ai planned but am able to return and regroup deo the best of presentations. I'm a chameleon and I change to suit my sureoundings

Medium learing curve

We notwe work less hours and we don't go to work every day as the store is too small,we do not gain experience as much because we spent most of the time at the door sanitizing people
