Lack of support, no growth

The Lack of support, no growth. The most challenging part is customers keeping calling in for the same issue that has not been resolved and once it's reported there is no change of improvement. Working with the colleagues is most enjoyable and also solving customers issues at 1st contact of call. I've learnt that even if there is lack of support, use your own initiative to assist customers to the best of your ability to solve their issues with the knowledge that you have been trained on.

Great learning curve

The company is a great place to learn incident management and incident reposted. The people are great to work with as well and the corporate culture is great.
