Innovative and creative

I have learnt to be innovative and creativity due to work or met New suppliers and different kind of people daily, and due to volume that sometimes comes unexpectedly I have learnt to work extra miles with confidence. The most challenges is when the system was down due to technical problems and some documents must be manual .

Great benefits and pay is above agency.

Viwe Mfaku comes from Butterworth a small town in Eastern Cape. He spent his week days in this small community having stayed in most of its residential areas and spent his weekends in the green rural area of Kentane closely with nature and the Xhosa farmers way of life. When he is not engaged in the wonder of the immersive desktop interface he is fully engaged in the real world absorbed in conversation with the outliers, because of his belief in open harmony. This makes him encouraging and often influences change and growth in advertising at Ogilvy & Mather Cape Town in the Redworks Studio, where he is committed as Digital Art Director.

Pros: Great benefites, brands and development
Cons: one office, brand heritage, old company
