Working environment is excellent but I'm seeking a more existing and more working environment.
My relationship wit coworkers is good it feels like working with family since our store is very small and we are about 15 employees and everybody is treated equal and with respect. I have learnt that when it comes to work you always have to be focused and serious so that you don't make unnecessary mistakes., it is always good to be on time for work and to look decent. I always enjoy pick hours because u like working under pressure and to be busy it makes the day go faster and it's makes work feel more workable. Challenging aspects is dealing with difficult customers and actually getting them to understand the things the were or are unhappy about.
Pros: selling pros is always easily done cause all you have to know is what promotions we have on going
Cons: for me there's no long hours for as long as I stay busy and working I hardly see the day go past

Excellent in what I do and devoted.
Iam lailaa tifloen i have many experience in office environments, the retail sector and service industries, giving me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of peopleand eventing. I believe I could fit easily into your team. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile like yours please consider me.

Excellent
Its very hard to me to doing the job that its not my paginate.My team its working hard to reach the target of the day .I'ved learn more thing in the company,the most important thing its to plan ahead and also looked back to see your mistake because its help to learn.I enjoy to work eight hours per day.The different shift it is a big challenge to me.

Stepping stone
Working for woolworths has been a stepping stone for me,i've made great friends there,it has taught me to work well under pressure and working with a team.sometimes we would work short staffed but we made it work at all times,I have learnt how to be a leader throughout the years.

- attention to details - good listen skills - hard working - always make sure the jog its done on its own given time - good in using Microsoft software - quick learner - team player - Can adjust to different situation and race or culture - Given a chance its a guarantee success - sporty person (i believe it keeps the mind and body flex) - weather big or small team i'm a willing to shine type of a person - Can be able to come with helpful ideas - trusted person

I'm eager to learn, and always take calculated risks.
My daily duties at my current job is all about maintaining compliance in the company, and minimising expenses and risks. I have good relationship with my co- workers just make sure that we always in good terms for the sake of the business and for production to be maintained. The most challenging aspects of my job is when preparing for audits because there everything must be perfect unless the whole department will fail. But in overall i enjoy my job and all the responsibilities.
Pros: There is only one fomula for success which i use. I always exceed the expectations

Excellent learning curve in terms of excellent customer service
I have learned a lot as we get trainings on providing excellent customer service and product knowledge which makes it easier to serve customers smoothly.

Still need to improve
In big stores growth for stuff is limited unlike small stores,when coming to incentives big stores gives their stuff small money and on the other side they making more money for the store, it should be the other way round .woolies stuff works together as a family, and through that you learn to work smarter with the help of your colleagues n seniors.I enjoys that the stuff also gets the chance to participate in competitions.Its really challenging when you give it your best at your duties and not get recognised .

Great learning
Great employee, excellent benifits however salary comparison to fellow retailers are low. Excellent team spirit. Oppertunities to learn within company however growth in company is very slow
