Excellent experieance

In a normal day I work 8 hours , but on a busy day which is very often its 10 hours a day because I drive a long distance which is both challenging and exciting . I enjoy the most the experience of long distance driving , I have learnt that the goal is not to there in time but to deliver goods in good condition and in proper packaging still. I have a great relationship with my co-workers .

International exposure

Working on international projects to help clients reduce non revenue water and understand remaining usefull life of their pipelines. Vast amount of project management also a perk.

Great carreer growth

dealing with daily customer queries was interesting and sometimes frustrating. but being able to assist the client and have a happy outcome that satisfies the client is always a plus point. working as part of a team made my daily challenges easy to overcome. I leant to deal with difficult and irritated costomers and also leart to calm them down that we can get the problem solved. my most challenging issues I had to deal with was having limited stock to supply to custoers.

Pros: great carreer growth
Cons: regular changes in management was difficult to adapt to sometimes

Great product and business opportunity

Great product with large product footprint worldwide. Opportunities w identified but not embraced even with proven data and market trends highlighted and discussed at length. Staff in general were not happy while I was there because of lack of communication and top level senior management style

Pros: Flexi hours -
Cons: little work life balance - very little room for advancement - very senior management not team players
