No growth but its however a new experience

There is no place to grow , the hours are perfect for your personal life,the team work is exceptional . everyone get along .i have learnt a great deal about the legal field, i enjoy ,going to court and issuing summons , there is no challenges.

Excellent learning curve

Its a great environment to work for however you can't work yourself up meaning from an agent to a manager. Relationships with co-workers are very good and what I have learnt is to deal with irate clients and how to hand the accounts over if payments are not paid when debtors are not able to pay or refuse to pay.What I enjoyed most was I always made my target and yes it was very challenging because some debtors are unemployed/pensioners/retrenched. I however did not allow to get me down as I always made sure I made beyond my target to overcome my challenges and what stood out the most is building rapport with my clients to ensure they pay and not refuse to pay.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
