Excellent learning carve

I started as a checker, became a binner, I was then a picker, then as I grow I became assistant supervisor, receiving clerk , GRV clerk and I am now a GRV Clerk / admin clerk. I am a fast learner, I adapt fast, always willing to learn. I am looking for a new opportunity

Excellent learning

1. Is a busy day, w 2. A great team, and we all work very well together. I interact with our team members, we learn from each other as well as teach each other new things and spread new ideas across as well. I have an excellent relationship with everyone 3. A lot about Parts, promotional items understanding the product managers. 4. I enjoy my job 5. Availability, it drives me to want to perform and do a lot better in % wise.

A lot needs to be done to uplift the workers especially opportunities internally.There has been discussion amongst the workers to challenge the structure of management in various legal ways.

Pros: You get your salary month end
Cons: Employment equity out the window,no progress in career growth,no promotions,no matter what qualifications u may have

Good learning curve

its a challenging industry that require physical strength and good planning. it takes a team work to win in this industry since its a supply chain. one must be attention to details. ability to work under pressure.

Pros: Its a good learnig curve but not recomended for promotion.
Cons: one must depend on more overtime to make good income to cover your expenses

Excellent learning curve and a adapter

Flexible and mobile. Ability to work up to 12 hours if required Job starter. Employee person Quick learner Young and self-drive I have a good working experience in the Automotive industry and a strong refference form my previous manager at AAAS. I am able to deliver picking document on time and my KPI was recognized that management
