I work at Business banking, pressurized environment. We work on timelines and deadlines. We are target driven pass on leads and have high targets .Clients are very demanding.We work in trios and overall a team of 20 people. I am a team player flexible and resilient, I adapt quickly to change and get along with the most difficult individuals. I like learning and growing with the company Each day is a new learning experience as in business bank you exposed to different things everyday.I am a self starter and get the job done no person or obstacle will hamper my progress I am very determined and do not lose focus easily. I see myself as an asset to any company who wishes to employ me growing and learning is part of the ongoing development for myself.

Pros: enjoy the perks the company offers and the ongoing learning and opportunites offered by the company
Cons: slow systems
