Great exposure to UAT testing and SIT

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company with a great reputation and high profile like my current company and previous company. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position immediately, and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.

- On time (way before time actually) - Perform daily duties end to end - Believe that diversity is essential and adapts rapidly to a team of different personalities and cultures. - I have mastered all administrative duties, how to handle crisis situations and respect each other. - I enjoy working on projects - Challenges occur on a day to day basis and find the best solution to work around it.

Good condition

I am 23 years of age, I have a diploma in Information Technology in Network Management and Higher Certificate in Information Technology in Support Services, I am currently working as an intern at ABSA Group for period of 6 months and I am eager to learn new skill. I have acquired athe following skills, 1. I am an easy person to work with 2. I am very patient 3. I pay attention to details. I have learnt so much for my work what for example how to work with people and how to handle myself working with users it has also taught me how to be patient. I enjoyed helping people especially when they were able to work again and I am the. Kind of person who will go extra mile to make sure another person is assisted and satisfied. The most challenging thing was working with difficult users who couldn't understand that application or software are beyond your control.

Seasoned HRBP with OHS and Resilience Management experience.

HR - HR Metric Report to implement and and focus on development areas.People and process orientated with good HR acumen. Resilience - create a plan, test and ensure it is fit for purpose. Plan for a crises and manage at hand situations accordingly. Can operate/function solo and a positive team player. To bring comfort to people on aspects that impact them and to sync that with the companies coals bring satisfaction to me.

Awesome Role

My role allows for diverse functions and exposes the incumbent to the wider organisation especially innovation and new changes. Stakeholder and relationship management are core requirements and engagement, collaboration and communication remains drivers for success. Excellent leadership skills and a natural way to create calm amidst the raging storms stands one in good stead to keep matters from falling apart and enables structure during difficult situations. Problem resolution becomes a commodity in the role and is extremely fulfilling once achieved. Most challenging aspects can be summarised as -dealing with unpleasant surprises due to management process and oversight failures

Not progressive

Unstable work environment due to retrenchments. No progression. Passive hierarchical structure. People are just there to collect a check and are not for the good of the business

Great pay

If you dont mind a call centre environment when you have a degree then go for it. The pay is great and you get paid extra for working over time. You decide how much you earn per month.

Teamwork

I learned how to work with different people daily as Bank teller being the face of the Bank as I was working in the front line .some of the values was Respect and Treating customers fairly . Assisting the customers and delivering excellent customer service. Learned how to work with a Team , by acknowledging everyone's effort and encouraging other team members to achieve companies objectives. I enjoy resolving issues , coming up with resolutions and being innovative. Challenges of my job was high risk handling of large amount of cash but I made sure that I follow all procedures. I learned ...Respect .Intergrity.Service.Excellence and Stewardship.

Amazing experience

We get along I. The office space treat each other more like family, helping each other with queries you can always count on your colleagues, Good relationship with management we understand that the goal is to a service client, I’ve learned that you should leave things better than you found then take ownership and don’t be lazy to learn,I enjoyed serving clients the sound of their happy voice and compliments they gave me kept me going , dealing with irate client especially when they were misinformed and you have to pick up the pieces and make sure they get the assistance without laying a ximolacimolaun Enron the less I enjoy resolving queries bae beacuaseit allows me to learn along the way

Fantastic learning curve

I thoroughly enjoyed working for the red bank, absa. I was fortunate enough to be placed at a very work friendly branch where I met amazing colleagues.
