Excellent place for growth

-always making -my relationship with my team leader are the best due to that i do what am requested to do on a daily basis without disappointing them. -I have learnt to put client first and always making client happy at the end of the call.being positive in what you saying to the client.time management and willing to learn more. -i enjoy preventing any loose from cllient accounts.i enjoy hearing the client happy th6at they did not loose any =thing on their accounts. -the challange is speaking to a client who just lost there money on there accounts.but i make sure that i put myself on the same shoes there in. i listen to them intentively ansd bring a solution to there problem

Excellent learning curve

This was a contract with question staffing solutions it was a best experience to be a best front line business teller and a job to work for.and all was a good experience to work for such a loyal company indedd.my manager was them a sebolao.and ibalso worked for van schaick book shop Hatfield as a call center agent and a sales person manager name is rassie Erasmus.it was a good opportunity and worth the work for experience and mind of thought.working with my colleagues was a good work relationship and team building with my acquantances it was a good working experience.
