Excellent learning curve

I have built and managed good relations with my co-workers. When I am not there my portfolio of clients is well taken care of. Transferring skills to new staff members. The past year has taught me patience, building relationships with external and internal clients. Maintain good relations and mostly treat clients with respect, integrity and honesty. I enjoy running with CSI projects as this is part of giving back to the community, helping the needy and also showing empathy. The most challenging aspects of my job is that not everyone understands the rules of the bank and why they are in place. You will find that at times clients expect to receive over and above what the bank is contracted to do and within the borders of all relevant laws and regulations.

Good

Good relationship with my colleagues. we have fun in our working environmental Being such a person I am always willing to go an extra mile, without prejudice with regarding to my seniors. With my personality ,endurance, loyalty and respect towards others, I feel that being in this position i can render a much a better employee to the company.

Extensive knowledge in sales

I have build stable and sustainable relationships with customers. I have the ability to adapt to new ideas and create a positive work spirit with fellow colleagues. I have acquired exceptional expertise in dealing with customer complains. I am always willing to learn new ways and improving on skills,knowledge. I have acquired extensive knowledge in capturing client credit applications and giving proper feedback. Promoting the image of the business by complying to policies and procedures.

Excellent learning experience

Working for ABSA/ Barclays from the year 2011 has taught me great things. I have acquired so many different skills. I am more confident in myself, I know that there is nothing that i cannot do if I just put my heart soul and mind to it. I have learnt how to deal with customers over the phone, face to face and even irate clients. I am now able to master the art of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. I have excellent admin skills. i am able to work both in a team and individually. I now have the skills to be a Personal assistant, team assistant, ability to service multiple people at the same time providing support and structure. I maintain high quality relationships with colleagues and customers. I enjoy being challenged and reaping the rewards of well and hard earned worked. My job was stressful in a way that every process had a deadline and within that time all information needed to be collected and thoroughly checked. By doing this i acquired a high level of attention to detail.

Pros: Great opportunity to acquire knowledge in a stressful environment as well as how to adjust
Cons: Growth in the company is very slow

Excellent learming curve and Ihave gained lots of experience.

It was a friendly environment and there was an open door policy with management. Call cenre is a happy environment where wyou work freely and exprss yourself amd this also contribute in working smart and achieving monthly targets.

Pros: there was a room for growth
Cons: company relocated to Johannesburg

I have previously worked for FNB from 2008 to 2015

I have previously worked for FNB from 2008 to 2015 starting as a Teller, Collections official, Multi skilled consultant then Sales and service consultant until i was appointed at ABSA middle office in January 2016 up to date as a cConformance consultant

Pros: It made me to grow and gain much experience in a Financial industry
Cons: being able to work under pressure and meeting your target

Excellent Learning Curve

Good company to work for, they have excellent objectives, growth for staff members always willing to assist employees with all problems. Company objectives measure with what one is currently employed for.

FAST LEARNER

I am current working at Absa as intern its a very big company,good environment i have learn a lot.Able to work under pressure managing irate clients.resolving issues. I have made a good relationship with my colleagues,we always have team building after 3 months so we like a family now i feel i am in my comfort zone now so its a time to take a new challenge and grow in the work environment.

Application for position of Personal Assistant.

I Manabalala Morgan would like to apply for position ofPersonal Assistant as I am disabled candidate using surgical boot. I have grade 12, N4-N6 Management Assistance and IT System Development. I have 6 months experience in admin, 18 months experience in IT Department working as a Web Developer and I am currently working at ABSA so far I have 8 months experience.

Good communication skills

I really like to work for ABSA as it is a great company with great opportunities, I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, I learned a lot from ABSA, I have learned to work on my own and sometimes with help from my colleagues, and I enjoy calling other departments , logging a call for something that is faulty, and the most challenging aspects of the job is when someone doesn't do their job and expect me to do it for him/her.
