Learnt a lot from Absa

Absa was a great bank to work for, however we were outsoured and major changes could not accommodate for my personal circumstances at the time, I have worked for over 10 years at Absa we were treated fairly, hours was sometimes long but it was worth it and the end. I started in admin then went on the road as a ATM consultant learner everything from loading to fixing ATMs was great all round, we did our own planning of routes, managed our own time. People were great and helpful. I enjoyed most was doing my best and excelled sometimes a struggle but the end result was satisfied by both management and myself.

Pros: Great learning and growing opportunity
Cons: Sometimes long hours

Hardworker

Waking up in the morning thats the sign of why i woke up say m going to work. I need to give my energy and time. Ive learned that im good with working as team. Dont like failing my teammates.

Pros: opportunity to learn n exceed the expectations
Cons: long overtimes
