Good company for learning

I shandukani Dovhani .lm a harder work .I have a good cominication with other workers. I have learn how to do work like building panel. I enjoy to work .challenge is that sometimes I must find faulty for big panel

Lots of hardwork ,determination and focus on the end results usually is the best way to learn

I work for a well known franchise called acdc, its a challenging career. Learning people skills goes as far as learning how to also treat your colleagues, people can be difficult,lots of patience gets you there. Customers go a long way in how you treat them,

Pros: Growing old with the company
Cons: Be patience even when costumers take all your afternoon

Training

I have learnt how to work under pressure the staff turnaround is above 70% per year. My day will start with meeting with the sales team to get up to speed on promotions, sales and training required. Update catalogue short form and main. Meet with all category managers’ revue products, markets, clients and set up trade shows. Meeting suppliers in and out bound to resolve product issues, arrange product training for sales teams and new products. Do client visits for my own clients and with the sales teams.

The company is big and has lots of diffrent routes to grow .the company is expanding all the time and the staff compliment is big and the unique culture is diffrent to any other business

Learned a lot since i did not have knowledge about eletrical staff

working for the company you meet different people sometimes even difficult client but with the love of your job you get to understand clients and make sure you always make them smile.working with a team its great you learn from each other as co-workers and you get to respect each other cause we are all different.i have leaned a lot about eletrical staff which i did not know before and my most challenging aspect was dealing with an angry client but i got to learn that sometimes they had a bad day and made sure that they left the shop with a smile on their faces buy giving them respect and showing them that they come first and they are important.
