It was a great company to work for but change is required once in a while. Met with great people and it was a excellent learning curve, However retail hours are abnormal and have to adapt

Strong communicational skills

I have studied in the field of Management Assistant got certificates for N4-N6. I finished my studies on 2015 ,I did computer practice, information processing, communication and office practice.I am good listener, hard working person, self motivated and willing and able to work under supervision.

I have learned how to treat en interact with customers, difficult staff members

Customer service,admin skill,supervising staff, payroll It's not easy easy to work in a company like ackermans,there is lot of challenges especially when dealing with difficult customer.during December it's very busy in the store, where sometimes find yourself helping customer and also unpacking the boxes.and you must also merchandise the store using the store layout.so it's very challenging.

Pros: When u work hard u will get promoted
Cons: Very long working hours especially during festive and monthend

As administrator in retail all operations is on your shoulders your included in every action

No nono for family and they only want people to relocate Dan working homeor family time some time work under pressure Poor leadership skills Failure to do something they just give you warning and everything is all about thread our health care is not the company's first priority

Pros: In this company you can work over 30 years but they will treat you like you have never been existed they don't appreciate what you have done for them.
Cons: Store open 7h30 to 19h00
