Excellent developing and experience opportunity

The working environment at my current company is light and very much values based. Colleagues are very sociable and always willing to help where possible. There is an aim to develop workers and the benefits are exceptionally great. In the department i worked for there is a lot of pressure to produce accurate plans. We produce high quality of work and thus the light atmosphere is much needed and enjoyed. We work with various people such as project managers, construction companies and colleagues within the business and developing the skills to communicate to all was a great addition to all the other skills i was taught within y studies.

Pros: Great working environment, benefits great.
Cons: Not extensive design.

Feedback on task given and invoices send and also store communication via telephone and emails • Land lord communications on issues that needs to happen in our stores and also to constant communicate on things that still need to be fixed / repaired • • Team management and working together towards common goals • Constant communications to the various stakeholders to get things done for us i

Great culture

There is a friendly, family culture at Ackermans. You either love it or hate it. Most people love it. It is a great place to start your career because you will go through lots of training to help you become a better Manager, Leader and team player. The structure is however flat and not much room for promotion, especially because most of the senior roles are occupied and these people do not want to leave.

Cons: Flat structure, little room for internal promotions
