Good learning curve

It is a good learning and giving more about working experience, also knowing how safety is important in everyday jobs and normal lilves. And the working shifts is Six days a week and we as employees treat each other with respect and cooperation is used on every employees. So far I have learnt that we must respect each other in order to have good partnership

Excellent learning

-working with the company it was a good opportunity for me, - I was having a great time. -Everything was good & perfect. - Even though sometimes we where working under pressure but we managed to work as a team. - working with them I have learnt that, two is better than one,thats Y we where working as a team. -What I have enjoyed the most Before we start to work, We pray after prayer I gave them words of encouragement, -the most challenging aspect of the job. *Sometimes I was supposed to work double shift *Sometime other time I was supposed to cover somebody, *Sometimes we get paid late.

Opportunity for for growth

I've grown a lot learnt how to work as a team and also as a individual, I learnt to work with people of diffrent race and nationality.I've grown to work under pressure .got a chance to show case my people's skills.also learned how to deal with rude and impatient passengers. Got an opportunity to work and fall in love with aviation industry. I would like to work with a bigger company with many opportunity as the current company I work for is very small
