Treated staff very badly and turn over of staff is great within this company.

Action bolt has great customers and clients. I greatly enjoyed seeing to the Key Accounts as well as cold calling on a daily bases. I enjoy travelling and would get up early on occasion to be by my customer by 8am even if they where hours away. I would get calls from clients and customers various times of the day to sort matters out concerning other staff etc that where not getting back to them and I was reliable and respected in handling such matters with great care. I gave a full days honest work and always strived to achieve above and beyond. The challenges where that we where hardly recognised for any sales and always shown in a negative light by our superiors. The branch manager often took my sales and gave to his family member within the company to look better. The company would take off fuel for company usage off my salary if they felt I did too much travelling.

No learning nor growth happening

No training is provided as you start work and one is not guaranteed pamanency in the work space.they need invest in training new staff and atleast hire more people to assist in different departments.

Pros: Do it for experience

Collected a lot of experience

It has been a very good experience, started as good working environment. I have gained a lot of experience working as an individual as well a ateam. I have worked in many sectors within the company which includes, receiving clerk, dispatching clerk, stock controller, receptionist, internal sales, tools sales, line supervisor, worked in stores, the most I can say was challenging was doing stock count.

Pros: Learning different jobs within the company. Gaining experience
Cons: Stock counting had to work longer hours than usual.
