A good team player that encourages and motivates, exceeding expectations

28 Years of Accounting, Fin Management experience in a variety of industries including, Banking, IT, Mining, Research and Pharmaceutical. B compt graduate, and post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law. Currently registered for degree in Theology with TEEC. I am a good manager with a positive influence on others to establish a positive environment for all staff.

Pros: Self reliant and extremely challenging to meet and sign up new clients in difficult economic times.
Cons: As I have always been part of a team with big Corporate companies, I found my current position to be very lonely, and miss the interaction with fellow staff members.

Good and gained more skills

As a volunteer i work as admin part time and my bosses treat me as other collegues im the youngest but no one takes advantage of that .i enjoy working there and my colleagues think i have more skill than them.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Short working hours
