Good for experience

It is a good sport company where you learn to work with children and different teachers or schools. It teaches you to work hard and have paitence. You even work on weekends which is a disadvantages because coach takes up so much energy , but making a difference in children lives is the best . Teaching them how to jump , throw Nd catch and seeing them grow and perfecting what you have taught them is a blessing. Giving them the opportunity to try again and not giving up is good.

Cons: working during public holidays

Stimulating space

A lot of travelling, great social awareness campaigns however there is a lot of room for improvement of implementation plans. The company has many projects, however you find that the company doesn't have enough resources and staff thus exhaustion of existing resources.

Cons: Poor communication within the company
