I am qualified boilermaker with almost ten years experience.

i workrd for Actom power transformer my day to day duties were as follows Cutting,Bending,Fabricating and Assembling.I had an excellent relationship with my co workers.I have learnt good communication skills .What i enjoy most is punctuallity and dedication.The most challenging aspects of the job is when asked to fix some ones mistake,but i take it as challenge.

Pros: As a hard working person promotion has been always on my side.
Cons: Iam used to long working hours

I'm known for my passion in helping others.

I dairiz my day every morning before shift start I have a good working relationship with my core-workers and a team player and excel individually I have learned how to tackle sitiuation day to day and excel in my duties and meet the requirements I enjoyed communicating with boikernakers,they taught me how to read drawings and calculate meassurements . The most challenging part was to transport the transformer to it's designated area and to connect it to supply electricity to the areas that eskom wanted.

Pros: They were promotions that I always volunteered to do.
Cons: I don't mind arriving early and leaving late.

Passionate

I have a diploma in electrical engineering. I also have three phase Wireman's licence. My career started at city power where I was working as a clerk of works for three years. Currently I'm working actom power transformer as test technician and quality inspection.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: 8 hours per day

Excellent learning curve

I learnt a lot, it was a great learning experience, I got to build my own power transformers (Wiring and assembling - Manufacturing department), tested them (Test Bay department), maintenanced them (on site) and sold them to the companies loyal costumers (Office). I also learnt different electrical principles, both from journeyman and trade school (Fault finding, motor test , designing circuit, PLC etc (Maintenance department) as an electrician apprentice (Till 3rd Year) - Job Description

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Low Environment Satisfaction (Boring)
