Good learning curve

Drive to first call. See at least 8 doctors. Being punctual and keeping your word is imperative. To gain access to certain practises, I rely on co workers and we assist each other. I enjoy the interaction with various people and i love the challenge that my job offers by being on your toes and staying abreast

Excellent learning

I am exposed to a wide range of designing and wiring electrical circuits, repairs and maintenance of electrical equipment and appliances in a production environment (e.g. replacing motor bearings, brushes in DC motors, faulty circuit breakers, relays, sensors etc.), performing electrical preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on a variety of electrical equipment, fault finding, motor starters, installation work, electronics, basic PLC, VSD, basic knowledge of chillers and air handing units, boilers, lifting technique and safety.

Excellent Technical skills

I have vast experience working in this field and I have the ability to teach co-workers how to perform their duties proficiently. I have an energetic personality with the ability to help motivate others to complete tasks and the skills to provide excellent quality. I have the ability to keep the manager informed of all shift activity and to relay instructions to workers to ensure all work is completed according to procedures. I also have the ability to make suggestions for scheduling and for ways to enhance the workplace by improving Overall Equipment Efficiency and weekly targets. I have the skills to provide leadership and to keep everything organized. I will assist co-workers throughout the shift, ensure all positions are covered and make sure we produce the best production possible. If problems do arise, I have the skills to resolve the issue and fill out a complete report for management. I also have the ability to check , fill out all paperwork and to complete logs sheets.

The company gives everybody an opportunity to learn and the work as a family towards a common goal

Working at adcock ingram Is all right at the moment,I have been working there for two months and what i have learnt so far I how to track production process through OEE and the people there are friendly and always looking forward to work.the most challenging job so far is to get people to adapt to changes,as an I.E. am currently working on a waste management project and people seem to be stubborn about change.

Cons: It takes a while to one to get promotions

Excellent learning curve

i am an industrial engineer who has been in the industry for almost four years now and willing to make a change, optimize processes and come up with new innovations, i believe in change. i always try to make myself busy with my daily tasks because i do not believe in comfort zone. comfort zone is a beautiful place but there is no growth. so in order for me to grow i need to do changes for the Cty.

Learnt that nothing is impossible

Working for Adcock Ingram Critical Care as a Recruitment Specialist and mainly tasked to be responsible for the implementation of the project recruitment for the tender employees and Youth Employment Services (YES) projects. I was able to successful complete the project and hired 142 temps in less than 6 months and 33 graduates. I worked with an amazing team, dealing with day to day questions, leave application , work policies, understanding of pension fund etc, getting to know more than 500 employee in different departments and a Canteen with more than 10 different option of food , from comfort to healthy options. Challenging parts would be is dealing with two different Unions, having to compile, understand and accommodate all the requirements of both parties.

Pros: Great opportunity received , learnt that i can do more that is required of myself
Cons: I had hoped that i would be offered a perm position
