Was never given am opportunity to learn or prove myself

No promotions, I did labour relations N. diploma. But currently working Ku logistics, am looking forward for a new challenge since I can't quit without getting another offer,

Levels of approvals too many. Very manual processes. Lack of technological opportunities

Good learning curve in pharmaceutical

Conduct daily MBU/MDWT meetings to discuss yesterday's production results, conduxt problem solving and root cause analysis. Identify productivity improvement opportunities. Conduct safety risk assessments. Most challenging part of the job is to get the cross functional support teams to work together.

Excellent company to work for

Great space to learn and gain experience. focused more on data integrity and pharmacovigilance will require you to work shift work. you will work on weekends and there no bonuses whatsoever. you will be required to work on call outs that are restricted

Vast technical experience

Provision of growth. There are opportunities provided to move around the several sites. As one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies, you learn a lot of the pharmaceutical industry.

Depriving Employees growth

Well , there a lot we do from testing to buyer as a qualified chemist I'm sometimes expected to test come year end appraisal I'm being told I'm an under performer put in extra time for free to be on point with my expected duties but still that's not enough , instead they always looking for loop holes to put you down

studies for the Processing, Plating and Final Products processes. Key drivers in developing production run rates for key processing in Slitting, Rolling and Coining Departments. Development of Packing Specifications on 40 packing materials used in the SA Mint packing process. Documentation and recording of OEE% performance of various processes.

What I learnt at adcock

everything id so structured Quality is born onto the product If the product does not meet the specs then no production take places or products like mayoral are always foaming so production production procedures have got to be adhered toid its structured Its a really challenging industry either the introduction of innovations wr learnt a lot as there are awards for best innovations Due

Pros: The company a lot of promotion opportunities even on other debts like head office
Cons: normal working hours with occasional overtime as per production demands
