My current work environment is a happy one, we work in a very high pressured environment , and with a lot of financials, and calculations, we have to think on our feet, and deal with challenges on a daily basis. It is not the same everyday , and we work hard , with little to no mistakes. I have learnt that honesty is the best policy , and to own up to your mistakes in order to correct and move forward. My workplace is in Modderfontein , and I live in Westbury , so the travel distance is a bit of a challenge, however I am happy , and just wish to grow.

Good learning
I start work at 8.30am and finish at about 4pm. The morning normally consists of multiple meetings, internal and external. Afternoon respond to emails and authorizations. Meet with my team once per week individually ahdoc. My co workers and I have a very good working relationship which includes open communication. I have learnt that a good leader develops people within their team to ensure everyone is aligned to a single goal. The most enjoyable part of my job has to be when we overcome challenges that lost think would be impossible.

Excellent worker that always give my totaol support.
I think that it is an excellent company and it does give its employees job security. Being in this business is very challenging and meeting of deadlines is of utmost importance. All employees are very pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to work with. During my employment I have met a lot of people during interviews and that I enjoy of my job. The most challenging aspect of my job is to meet the deadlines and be successful in the recruitment of the correct persons that suits the job requirement.

It was an excellent learning curve
My day started with pulling out your reports, the aging. Age analysis. I would then update my rolling recon by taking off all the invoices that were paid the previous day. For those not paid would call and update with a comment at least once a week. My relationship with my co workers was one that was relaxed but professional. What I did learn from the job is that you never to old to learn. Learning is an ongoing journey as there are new development and technology is changing so you have to be prepared to learn What I enjoyed most of the job was all the reports that I had to pull and combine. This to me was a challenge as it was new but I enjoyed it once I got to know how it was done. The most challenging aspects of the job was some times the co workers, being from different back grounds and working culture but that was solved.

Fast learner
I was retrenched with a company restructure after being at the company for 9 years. I was not treated very well and then left. I am currently unemployed from 15 February 2019

Enjoyed working at this company, learned alot of skills, challenging opportunity

I am highly proficient in bookkeeping functions as per requirements as well as reconciliations and credit control. I have high attention to detail and strive to always deliver on time with a motivated team. I am experienced in VIP, SAP, UNICLOX, Pastel Partner and MIBCO just to name a few. I hold strong leadership qualities with the ability to work well under high pressure, I can manage to work in a team or as an individual following clear instruction as per requirements.

New market segment entry
Adcorp is a multinational company that has clients across many sectors ie, supply chain, warehousing, engineering, production, hospitality etc. There has been many changes within the executive structure and labor legislation has also had a financial impact on the business Clients within the supply chain and warehousing sector is relatively demanding and a typical work day is quite long. Its a challenging environment but the learning curve is quite steep
