Always up for a challenge
Great company that challenges an individual. One has to have a plan on a daily basis. The accounting system is not the greatest as I believe they can improve the standard of the accounting system and it could help employees perform better and achieve better results

Good place to work at.
Close working relationship with management. There is progress every 6 months, as company is always looking for ways to improve on reporting in finance department.

Strategic Management
I have 15 years working experience within the education industry. I have worked, played and communicated with people from various backgrounds. I have to Moderate assessments, manage program offerings of the institution. Contribute to strategic directives by participating at a faculty level and senate level to improve our offering at various campuses around South Africa. I engage lecturers and campuses on a daily basis to improve the students experience within the Commerce faculty. Learning curve
good friends ,great place ,meeting new people .learnt alot especially with admin work and teaching.challenging part is the respect and long hours especially with no transport when knocking off late

It was a good opportunity to start off my career and gain quality experience.
The company was a chance for me to become an excellent mentor and leader to students, which is my passion. I would like to start doing something different and hopefully grow further.
Pros: Employee professional development was consistently carried through with the needs of the market at the time.
Cons: Very low moral amongst employees and unreasonable work load in comparison to other schools, and a lack of interest in employee well being.

Skilling the un-skilled and learning in the process
Consolidation of the Brand's accounting activities from processing, reconciliation and reporting on the Brand to the group. Offer on-the-job training to junior accounting staff and act as a point of reference. I have learnt how consolidation reporting work.
