Learning opportunity
Typical work day starts with being on time, as time management is crucial.Looking into my mails and prioritize the urgent from the less urgent.Look at existing project and assess if any issues occurred or if any feedback was received from the customer.After we which I would prepare for the Project council at which all projects across the group is discussed.This is weekly, various project status reports suck as Flash reports, budget assessments, resource time and sign off.A large part of the job is to build relationships regarldless of the level of the individual.

Great opportunity
my relationship with my co-works is excellent we work as a team and the work production is rated highly they is respect and achievements the experience is over the limite this is an opportunity to learn and get experience to explore more and motivates and empowers the employees as a whole

Challenging position
A typical day includes carrying out prodctuion planning and ensuring all raw materials required for BOM's are aquired. Relationship with co-workers is harmonius and if conflicts arises, its dealt with proffesionally. i have learnt the overall running of the business from maintenance to operations. I enjoy great working relationship with co workers but mostly enjoy satisfying our customers by giving them a product which exceeds their expectations through QC. Challenging aspects are to ensure all products are available during the time that they are required.

Excellent learning Curve
A typical day for me is very busy but always can handle it, my relationship with my co-workers is excellent and always looking forward to following day . I have learned that I will always see and experience differently characters in the work place and its up to me whether how do I choose to handle that , I always thrive to be professional and ethical at the same time. Iv enjoyed learning new things and being able to be realizable , The most challenging aspects to my job is the pressure and the handling of the different characters .
Pros: AECI help me with my Hr studies and paid for my fees

Learning and development
Working hours are not a factor for me, I don’t mind working extra hours to ensure that a task is complete. I am a friendly, jolly, people’s person who knows when to play and when to work hard. I would like an environment where I can learn from the people around me and absolutely enjoy interacting with people therefore recruitment is a passion of mine. Challenges would be not being able to do my job to the best of my ability. plan and approachable management

Best company to work for
- AECI is a great company with a diverse culture and people - Everyday is a learning curve as the in house technology keeps on changing - I've been trained in house by well experienced Project Managers due to my interest in the field and given the opportunity to run some of the project - With the knowledge that the I.T services of the company especially my primary function within the organisation will be outsourced makes it difficult to continue without seeking employment.
