Great experience and people knowledge

A typical day at work - Greeting staff members - Checking e-mail's - Sending staff adherence for the day - 10 minute team meeting - Updating report - Listening to quality calls - Coaching for improvement - Floor walking - Attending to escalations - Escalating queries to the relevant department My relationship with co- workers - Civil - Respectful - Helpful - Firm yet understanding What I have leant - Respect is key - EVERYONE HAS DEPTH - Be mindful - Be positive - Always motivate What I enjoy the most - Interacting with my team - Seeing growth in my team and agents The most challenging aspects of the job - Running out of options to assist a struggling agent - Dealing with a (emotionally) challenged agent

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: No learning benefits
