Learning brings growth

Am focused on my work and love to learn. I was responsible for handling calls and surveillance. I work as an operator in a control room responsible for safety for the whole plant. Do reports daily and work with stake holders. Record details on excellent. My major work is emergency service related with all managers. Working in shifts doing correct handovers takeover which relationship is good with all workers. I enjoyed to see people attended with speed and full attention saving life. I leant to love people to perform well in my duties. The most challenge was making sure all developments are applied from day one and deliver

Wireman licecense still on my plan

I have 1-3 years as an electrical artisan and my duties are maintenance and faulty finding o tje mmu . Im also working around the mines as a field electrician.

Strive for excellence

AEL Mining Services is a big company and team work is very important.I do have a good relationship with co workers because i am a team player.With AEL i have gained a lot of knowledge because you do not do the same task everyday and you get to experience different challenges everyday that you have to tackle as a team or an individual.Working with people and being best at what i do.In the position that i am currently holding i have learnt to be patient , to pay attention to details and to love what i am doing.

Pros: The is a lot of room for grown within the company and the company develep's employee's
Cons: You become to comfortable with what you do ad forget to look for another job, you just feel at home.

I learned tricks in blasting

Allocation of payment to accounts - clearing according to the remittance, send a credit limit list to sales, collections and resolving queries. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues, we trust each other and we back each other up. I learned a lot about patience and letting others help me, I also learned not to take things personal. I enjoy collections ,recons and building relationships. Collecting from a customer that is rude and swears you on the phone.

Explosives technician with emulsion Charging up panels and blasting with electrical blasting system Well working with the group I enjoyed the electronic blasting system

I work as assembly operator that manufacturers explosives which is the best environment to work in the fellow employees allows todo your duties in a right manner and they look in one another as it is an explosives environment

I'm currently working in sales for vodacom, because of the lack of jobs in chemical engineering.

Currently I'm doing what I did not study for. I'm a chemical engineering by profession, but doing sales. I want to leave this industry of sale because it is not for me.
