Great amount of learning and Enjoyed the experience.

Worked on Aerobotics Flight Planner App, built push notification using Firebase and worked on UI using Android Studio. Worked on Hedge Script (Python and OpenCV) this uses satellite and drone imagery todetect trees in certain orchards. Data Processing, this manages the data that comes in and out of the software. I was then promoted to lead and manage a outsource team of 40+ people.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Understaffed.

Inexperience from senior execs is simply ruining what should be a great company

To be honest unorganized and frustrating describes it. It is run very poorly, the staff are left directionaless and the senior execs simply have no clue how to structure and build a company. All the seed capital was blown through in an alarming and wasteful manner.

Pros: non
Cons: Sales teams treated like second class citizens.
