I was nominated the Top Executive in SA in 2012

I believe in bein g honest regardless outcome. I have left the Corporate Industry to following my passion working with Abused Women and Children and became a Community Leader and Activist. I was living my purpose and passion but unfortunately not many agreed with my passion so I just resenrly got divorced and now I find myself in a position to be able to sustain myself and become independent. I have been blessed and privileged to be able to fall back on my professional career as an Executive PA. So I am in the maker again and would like be given an opportunity to take care od myself. Professional

It is a challenging job because it needs most of your attention and no mistake at all times because slightly mistake you can be killed or you client can be killed,Always be upfront for planning so that your operation can run smoothly. Working as a team and your team strength is much more efficient.

It has been a great exposure and the responsibility has helped me grow as a person

It has been great working for this company, the exposure was at the right level and responsibility was good in that it always forced you to think outside the box and come up ways to better do things. It has assisting with increasing confidence in dealing with Clients and external stakeholders. The team working here has immense experience and allays willing to share their knowledge for the benefit of the company and thus ensuring continuity and success. I learned a lot including but not limited to budgeting, reporting at executive level, resolving technical problems that are not covered in either MHSA or the OHSA, leading a team of design engineers with much more experience than me and much older than me, working as a team a member but still being firm when it comes to decision making. The most challenging aspects was aligning technical scopes with the commercial requirements, this included what might happen in the long term looking at Contracts over R200m of value.

Good with development of employees

we work 12 hours a shift and everyday is different and you meet a lot of people we work as team and we have good relationship within our unit i have amassed a lot of information and experience in the company long hours and lack of enough rest is the only

Executive PA Directly to Me Patrice Mostsepe

Everything is of the utmost importance and confidentiality is vital. Working as a team and not being a clock watcher to reach deadlines. You have to be loyal, dedicated and driven. No room for errors and also be punctual and have the knowledge, skill and attitude working with high level individuals so professionalism is not be be questioned.

Excellent learning curve

It has won the Employer of choice award for the past 5 years. It has great culture. Normal working is very busy. It is great company to work with great perks for its employee. The employees are very friendly.
