We working in a very cool environment . Employees have chance to rate management on 360 program. I've learn that you can learn from your fellow employees including junior staff. enjoy management engagement . The most challenging thing is that the industry is changing which give me a challenge to want to know daily

i have been a top consultant of the year nationwide at african bank for 5 cosecutive years, i worked as a assistant branch manager when the manager is not around,been a consultant is a nice thing have ever experince because you work with different peoples all time and i am reaching turgert every month

Pros: we are promoting credit card and loans as well as insurance
Cons: we are working from 8 till 5
