Great environment no room for growth in HR

Overall, this is a great company to work for. Always busy, unfortunately, along with the company not really heading into the agency side of recruitment, I feel that my job has also become quite boring. My work colleagues are great and always willing to lend a hand. My biggest challenge both internally and externally is the lack of feedback, especially in terms of recruitment and not always having work to do in recruitment. It is great however that if you have capacity, you are able to lend a hand where it may be needed. We do not have an HR department and that is where my passion lies.
