Support ns understand of supporting departments.
Each morning going through production plan. Check all stock and if need b do stock taking Prepare to complete picking so one meeta production plan. Training of staff was important and everyone needed to know everything so we do not slow production. Good relationsgioa with staff was key. Because of my hard work I was promoted to buyer. And I learned a lot. I enjoyed the challenges that came when I was promoted to buyer. I enjoyed understanding more functions on erp systems. allowed me to do more actions and have excess to more functions eg assisting marketing and sales.

Great learning experience with people that arge family. I am keenachieve a goal for the future. Great working experience Love the opportunity and all the great things about it Work hard, but see the progress of my life Enjoy the people and management always interact and is part on a daily life

Excellent learning experience
It is quite demanding to work in a pharmaceutical company. The load of work that has to be done is quite a lot. But it is interesting work nonetheless. The relationship with my colleagues is quite OK. We co-operate quite well hence I can do my work smoothly. I have learnt that if You one wants to be an asset to a team or company than multi-tasking should be one the key attributes as it helps to speed up the production levels in and around various departments in the company. I do enjoy performing challenging analysis . The most challenging aspect of my job is definitely work load. The amount of analysis that has to be performed per hour is quite a lot.

Interesting research and product development
We are a very interesting group most if us get a long well, the older employees are like family members, we have wide vetiety of project and research in the field, new developments, very interesting. Our day starts with an early coffe chat, then I scan enails, marke problems and issues, forward correspondance, processing daily supplier grv's, posting cashbook, applying unapplieds, requesting outstanding documentation for advance payments, budget control , credit card and forex account balancing, foreign payment request submitions and follow ups.
Pros: evry exiting field, constant challenges, training prosabilities

Training but no chance of promotion
I am a chief financial.officet over sering interns, full creditors funtion, balancing cssh book, forex accounts and credit cards. Liasoning with creditors. I just completed my NMDP at USB. Have good relationship with employees, I love my work over all. The most chalanging was to juggel 3 companies.
Pros: there is no chance for promotion.
