Work day review

Typical Day - 1st check for emails that are urgent or important, continue on with projects. assist users where needed Relationship with co-workers - very comfortable and open Leant - over the years have learnt how to deal with many difficult situations and how to work under pressure, meet dead lines Enjoy most - the freedom to make decisions and see a project completed and operational Most challenging - having to manage a geographical out lay of the business and handling many challenges simultaneously

Pros: your time is your own and to be managed well
Cons: long hours and need a wide knowledge base (more of a pro)

Excellent learning curve

I've learnt alot at this company and gained alot of experience. Sad to leave due to my contract ending but won't say no to a opportunity if one opened for me

Great learning experience

The industry is a great opportunity for a learning experience in the mechanical side of engineering World.. we learn more on how to plan for up coming maintenance,the process of starting working after safety measures have been taken .

Team Work!

We had a customer situation that log a customer complaint of the quality of the certain stone product. I called the laboratory assistant to go personally to the customer site to look at this customer complaint of our stone product. The laboratory assistant gave feedback that the root cause of the problem is positive on our side, beacuse the customer did not order the right stone/product for the work to be done. He also explained the customer what he actually needs for the ongoing job and the customer greed us with much satisfaction as we handled the complaint in a very professional manner. Team work is always great!

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth.
Cons: Willingly to relocate and work extra hours.

Good experience and exposure

My work day start with review of previous day plants reliability performance .I have a great relationship with all coworkers from executives to lower level staff. I . The flat structure of my organisation has helped me to be exposed to many technical facets which I will not have experienced had it been in a big organisation

Excellent learning curve and self development and motivation

I enjoyed working with the team and I also enjoyed because they not selfish with knowledge.i learn that they are jobs which you can't do Alon and needing help is not failing . typically injuries happen in all companies even though we learn about safety.
